About our teams

Senior

Crusaders first team is currently in the London 3 Eastern Counties League and Crusaders second team is playing in the Eastern Counties 3 North league. All players train on a Tuesday and a Thursday 7pm until 9pm.
We are always recruiting new players, so feel free to come along and have a chat. Pre-season starts on July 17.

Youth

Our youth set up is thriving, with 120 players currently playing in the boys’ U13, U14 U15 and U16s and the girls’ U13, U15 and U18s teams.
As you move through the youth set up, you will gradually develop your rugby – with greater emphasis on the competitive game moving to 15-a-side Rugby from u14s onwards.
Mid-week training for u12s - u14s is on a Wednesday evening whilst our u15s, u16s and all our girls teams train on a Thursday 6.30-7.30pm
All Youth age groups play matches on Sundays throughout the season and have a good record of competition in the Norfolk Cup.
We always welcome new members – no experience is necessary, we are a community club and support rugby for all age groups and all abilities.

Minis

From fun packed training sessions for preschoolers and the under 6 age groups, to the youngsters’ first taste of competitive matches for the U7s, there are plenty of opportunities to get your little ones started in rugby.
We start with tag ruby and then progress to contact for U9s, gradually introducing new skills along the way from our team of experienced coaches and helpers. We welcome girls and boys and play in mixed teams. Anyone is welcome, whether or not you have any experience, it is all about giving it a go, having fun and learning a new sport - and hopefully scoring a few tries and making a few tackles along the way. Pre-schoolers can attend Tiny Tuesday’s morning sessions, before moving on to the minis section, where training and matches are every Sunday morning. We currently have over 200 children from the Tiny Tuesdays up to the U12s – but we always welcome new players. Our teams get the chance to play against other clubs in the areas as well as participating in rugby festivals, which are always a fun and rewarding experience.
