Crusaders 43 - West Norfolk 7
West Norfolk started well but failed with 2 kickable penalties. Crusaders soon gained control of the game following 2 converted tries, the first from Stuart Cameron and the second from Jordon Long following a powerful run by Josh Stuart. Excellent kicking out of hand from scrum half Rob Loone gained good field positions for the home side. West Norfolk tried hard to run the ball out of their own half but the Crusaders back line well lead by Jordon Long gave them little room to make progress. Following a Crusaders scrum infringement West found a good touch on the Crusaders and 22 displayed their most potent ploy, a rolling mall from the lineout resulted in a converted try. A Tristan Smith penalty rounded off the first half for Crusaders.
Crusaders forwards tightened their grip in the 2nd half and excellent scrummaging resulted in tries for back row forwards Pete Blinkhorn and George King . Prop Henry Joy bagged a try to please the front row union. Jordon Long finished off a three quarter move to score his 2nd and Crusaders 6th try, Tristan Smith converted.
