I started playing in 2019 as part of the summer fit camp run by club president Bryn. My family had played within Crusaders and some of the women's team were there and recruited me - I have been in the club ever since!
I have played a few positions, mainly within the forwards. I have played centre, blindside and openside flank, no 8 and now hooker.
I was selected by a previous coach to represent Norfolk alongside 3 other members of Crusaders. I went to trials and got selected, I played a match for them in 2021.
I love Crusaders and the women's team are just fantastic! We are like one big family!
We are improving and learning new skills each week and training sessions are interesting and intense. The women's coaches are very passionate and have made a real difference to the team/club in a positive way and it is much appreciated!
