I started playing in January 2020 after fellow team mate Hels Watts convinced me (after 12 months of bugging me) to come over from the light side from football. I will be eternally grateful that she didn't give up as it's been one of the best decisions I've made.
I have only ever played as loosehead prop and I really enjoy it!
Crusaders isn't just a rugby club, it's a community. The people are so incredibly welcoming and it's a joy to be a part of. As for my team mates, they are the best bunch of women you could wish for. They are kind, thoughtful and most importantly.... hilariously funny!
The coaches are super hard working on and off the training ground. They want to get the best out of every single player and will work with you in a friendly and comfortable environment to achieve that.
I couldn't be more proud to be a part of this club!
