On Friday Hethersett Academy Girls u14s won the Norfolk u14s 7s Cup.

With several Crusader girls playing in the side the team battled to victory in a brilliant round Robin tournament hosted by Langley School

Hethersett captain and Crusaders back row Gabby is seen here receiving the fantastic trophy from Langley School Headmaster Simon Cooke.

The 7s trophy adds to the 15s trophy the team won in November.
