Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be today as Crusaders go down 7–15 to a strong Warriors side. A tough, physical contest throughout, with the lads trailing 0–3 at the break before Warriors stepped it up in the second half.

Despite the result, it was fantastic to see so many down the club backing the lads and making some noise — we truly appreciate every bit of support. Thank you to everyone who came out and got behind the team today.

Today’s Player of the Match goes to Harvey Hunter.
Harvey grafted hard out the back, stayed solid under the high ball, gained metres every time he carried and put in a shift defensively — coming out on top in several big collisions.
Fully deserved. Well done, Harvey.
